Our Wellness Coaching starts with a one-on-one consultation right in your home. We talk about your goals, nutrition, keeping healthy and any issues you may have with mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength, then we design a Wellness Program “just for you”. Even if you’ve never exercised, or haven’t in a long time, we will work with you to slowly improve all areas of your well-being. If you feel healthy and strong, and want to stay that way as long as possible, we can design a Wellness Program for you too. No special equipment is needed and we will work with you in your home or wherever you are most comfortable.
