Care Planner & Community Support
Kristina is a Care Planner and Community Support for our Greater Victoria Right at Home family. Caregiving is not just her passion, but that of her family, many of whom are also working as health care providers, or as Kristina likes to call them, "precious lightworkers." Caregiving and management have always been a natural calling for her. She stays focused on health, happiness and balanced wellbeing for all those she comes into contact with.
She has an incredible passion for her career and enjoys continuous learning in the fields of health, self-improvement, metaphysics and systemic counselling. Outside of work, her eclectic range of hobbies includes but not limited to photography, experiencing the outdoors and biometric energy work.
Katherine is the Care Coordinator for the Niagara Region and Harmony Transportation. Her interest in helping others began at a young age with her grandparents when their health and mobility started to decline. Since graduating from the Social Service Worker – Gerontology program, Katherine has worked in the community assisting individuals with both cognitive and physical challenges and has worked in administration helping children find the right therapy through different disciplines. One of Katherine’s favorite things about Right at Home is helping families find the care that clients need while at the same time insuring every Caregiver is happy and appreciated.
Care Office Owner and Client Relations
Aman brings to his role at Right at Home his entrepreneurial business experience as well as first-hand knowledge and experience gained from caring for his father after a stroke. After his father’s stroke, Aman and his family found the task of getting a dependable, caring, and qualified caregiver to attend to his father’s every day needs a difficult one. Through this experience, Aman realized that he could be helping other people facing the similarly daunting task of finding quality care. This and his family’s SIMPLE life philosophy (Significantly Impacting Many People’s Lives Everyday) guided him to open a Right at Home Care Office.
With a Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University and an MBA from York University’s Schulich’s School of Business, Aman has previously successfully developed entrepreneurial ventures in food service, restaurants, and commercial delivery operations. These past experiences have honed his skills in his attention to detail and superior customer service. Aman is an active member and volunteer in various charity organizations worldwide. From teaching physically and mentally challenged children in Mother Teresa’s orphanage in Calcutta, India, to participating in a 2 day 46 KM walk for a cure for women’s breast cancer, Aman has had a passion for charity throughout his life.
With Right At Home in the Greater Victoria Area, Aman wants to help many others appreciate the importance of ageing gracefully and safely in the comfort of their HOME, wherever HOME is to them. This is because, like himself for his father, he values the commitment of familes in providing a great quality of life for their loved ones. While the challenges facing older adults and their families are never easy, Aman and the Right at Home Greater Victoria team are here to offer guidance and support.
