Our Caregivers are insured and bonded, with background checks always current and done on a yearly basis, both locally and federally. Their education certification is verified with their school. And with our proprietary screening and selection system, you can be rest assured that we do our best to take the guesswork out of matching the right caregiver to you and your family. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with your loved one. Should your family want to request another caregiver for any reason, we'll search for a match until your family is happy. Cost and Process

Every family we serve receives a Care Plan specific to their needs and budget. Several factors help determine the exact cost: Number of hours of care per week and level of home care services received (non-medical, personal care, nursing, etc.)

Our services are typically billed on an hourly basis. To discuss the exact rates for the services you may need, contact our office. We’ll set up an in-home consultation to begin discussing a Care Plan and the rates for each service on your plan. If you have insurance coverage, we can contact your insurance provider to discuss your coverage, and bill them directly. Or, you may pay for your services and claim them on your tax return. Please contact Right at Home Care Planner for more information.

Our services can be covered by a variety of sources including: Insurances (group benefits, retiree benefits, insurance. disability, long term care insurance, Veteran’s A airs, Auto insurance, workplace safety); family/joint family funds; trust and estates; real estate equity; health spending accounts. All of our professional care services are also eligible for the Health Care Tax Credit.

Other Questions

No. Unless you require a medical prescription for insurance coverage, we do not need your doctor's note to provide service.

We adhere to all data protection and government guidelines related to privacy of personal and healthcare information. This starts before we have a formal services agreement, before a caregiver even comes to your family member's home. The written service agreement stipulates the exact restrictions on the use of your information, which clarifies that even unauthorized individuals will not be given access to information without a client's – or legally authorized representative's – formal consent.
