Respite Care

Relief Is Here for the Family Caregiver

When a loved one needs care, it’s natural for you to want to take on the responsibility. But, caring for your parent, sibling, spouse or other loved one is no small feat. Trying to manage their care while juggling the other responsibilities in your life can wear on you both physically and mentally. You know this, and so do we.

At Right at Home, we believe family caregivers deserve time to rest and revive their spirits. Right at Home’s caregivers offer that relief, allowing you to grab coffee with a friend, catch a movie with your children, or even take a much-needed nap. While away, you can rest assured that your loved one is being cared for with dignity and respect.

How Respite Care Works

When you call Right at Home, one of our respite care professionals will visit your home and provide you with a free assessment to determine your needs, as well as those of your loved one. Right at Home’s professional caregivers are very flexible. From a few hours a week to 24/7 care, our services focus on mental and physical well-being. Respite care will:

  • Follow your loved one’s care plan
  • Prevent the buildup of resentment
  • Improve health and happiness
  • Allow you to feel revived and refocused when you return
